As the Shakesepare@UMD events begin to wind down, come celebrate with fellow William Shakespeare enthusiasts.  

  • Enjoy music by the Maryland Palestrina Choir, a UMD student ensemble that performs music of Shakespeare's time.
  • Listen to award-winning iambic pentameter poems.
  • Watch a performance by the Maryland Shakespeare Players.
  • Partake of ice cream.  The Dairy created a special flavor in honor of William Shakespeare.
  • Come dressed as your favorite Shakespeare or Elizabethan character (not a requirement for admission.)
