So You Want To Be An Academic Librarian?

Are you aiming for a career as an academic librarian, or just curious about this sphere of librarianship? This event is open to anyone in the UMD community and covers the basics of academic librarianship and the tips and tricks of the job application process. Although this event is not explicitly focused on the UMD Libraries Research and Teaching Fellowship, we do include the Fellowship as a possible path to academic librarianship and are happy to answer questions about the Fellowship during the Q&A.

This is a hybrid event. Join us either at Hornbake room 4113, or at the Zoom link below. Hope to see you there!
