Startup UMD @ the Libraries Showcase

Are you aware of all the incredible resources available at the University Libraries for creatives, entrepreneurs, innovators, inventors, hackers, and makers? Join us on April 24th at 3pm, when the University Libraries will be hosting a Startup UMD showcase in 4123 McKeldin Library. You will have the opportunity to speak with folks from the John and Stella Graves MakerSpacer who can show you how to use a 3D printer and experience life through virtual reality, learn about all of the free resources available through the Virtual Business Information Center, or even get your intellectual property questions answered by experts on patents including a representative from the U.S. Patent and Trade Office. The event is also a great chance to meet fellow student, faculty, and staff enTERPreneurs and innovators. Be sure to arrive before 3:30, so you can grab some refreshments and hear from campus leaders during our brief program.
