Study Carrels are for quiet, indivdual study and may be reserved in 1 hour time slots for a maximum of 4 hours per day.
If the carrel you reserve has a listed capacity of 2, you may invite a second person to share your reservation. Both of you are responsible for following study carrel policies, including keeping noise to a minimum and not disrupting other library users.
Bookings are restricted by email domain. Please use your UMD email to book space within the Library.
